The facility is comprised of:

Two (2) Operating Rooms
Four (4) Bed Preparation Area
Eight (8) Station Recovery Area
Patient/Family Waiting Room
Sterile and Sub-Sterile Area

The registration area is designed for patient privacy and confidentiality. The post-anesthesia area is divided into two areas for Phase I-II recovery. There is a patient/family waiting area with two consultation rooms available for confidential discussion with the surgeon/anesthesiologist either preoperatively or post-operatively.


Scope of Services

The Concord Ambulatory Surgery Center is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

The Concord Ambulatory Surgery Center provides quality Perianesthesia and Perioperative care to patients undergoing a surgical procedure after which they will be discharged on the same day.

The Concord Ambulatory Surgery Center utilizes the ASPAN and AORN Standards, Recommended Practices, and Guidelines as the professional nursing practice model to ensure quality and appropriateness of patient care in the Concord Ambulatory Surgery Center, Preoperatiave, and Postoperative area.

Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeries
Orthopedic Surgeries
Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeries
Pain Management
General Surgery

All types of anesthesia are offered including general, regional, monitored anesthesia care, conscious sedation, and local anesthesia.
